For over 90 years, McCambridge Duffy has been a trusted name in the Insolvency industry, dedicated to helping thousands of individuals and companies in Ireland and the UK navigate their financial challenges. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on our ethical approach and our commitment to both debtors and creditors.

In November 2013, we made history as the first company in Ireland to successfully implement a Debt Settlement Arrangement, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Our in-house Personal Insolvency Practitioner, Ronan Duffy, not only led this groundbreaking case but also played a crucial role in shaping the legislation that established new insolvency solutions in Ireland.
Our involvement with the legislative process continued when, in early spring 2015, we were invited as part of a delegation of five Insolvency Practitioner firms to meet with key government officials, including the Taoiseach and the Minister for Justice. We provided practical insights into the workings of the new insolvency laws and suggested areas for improvement, leading to significant changes in the legislation announced that April.
Continuing to break new ground, we achieved another first in the industry by successfully overturning a rejected Personal Insolvency Arrangement through the new Court challenge procedures, securing approval for our clients. These accomplishments reflect our proactive stance and dedication to staying at the forefront of industry developments.
At McCambridge Duffy, our friendly and empathetic staff are renowned for their exceptional customer service and understanding of each client’s unique situation. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the testimonials of those we’ve helped, reinforcing our position as one of the leading Insolvency firms in Ireland.
As we look to the future, we remain dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their financial stability and to continuously improving our services in an ever-evolving industry.
