McCambridge Duffy are one of the only companies offering free consultations with our experienced advisors. To access our advice service all you have to do is contact us via phone, email of fill in a form. One of our advisors will get in touch with you to discuss your finances and to help you identify a solution that is right for you.

When you speak to us we help you identify the various options that are available for your situation. Sometimes all that is required is a little guidance or a steer in the right direction. Other times we may recommend a formal Insolvency procedure as your best option. It is then up to you to decide how you would like to proceed.

PIA and DSA Fees - Formal Insolvency Solutions

If you are eligible for either a Personal Insolvency Arrangement (PIA) or a Debt Settlement Arrangement (DSA) and want to proceed with our company, we charge no upfront fees. Therefore, if your solution isn't accepted you pay absolutely nothing.

If your solutions is accepted, our fees for setting up and managing your case are explained fully and will be incorporated into your arrangement with your creditors. It is your creditors who determine what we are paid and this is also agreed by you. You will never receive a bill from us.

The important thing to note here is that the solutions we offer, aren't just for anyone. They have been set up to help people who are genuinely struggling to make ends meet in their day to day lives, because of their debts and possibly because of mortgage payments that have become too high to manage.
